The subject of this these the proces of building technical od desingn documentation for the realization of a newly-built detached house with a cafe in Havlíčkův Brod. The building is slightly sloping terrain and is with partial basement. Living area have got two above- ground floor and basement. Whole part is roofing gable roof with roof slope 30° with concrete tiles. In the second part is single-storey building a cafe is roofing flat green roof with slope 3°.The garage is separate with flat green roof. Vertical loadbearing structures above ground are made of Porotherm system, external walls of the basement are made of prefabricated concrete shuttering blocks. Horizontal structures are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Part of the external wall finish are made of silicone plaster and part of it consists of ventilated facade with wood cladding.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a desing documentation of a detached house with café. The object is located in village Babice nad Svitavou in expanding part of village intended for family housing. Building in divided into two different parts, one for family living and other for café. Object has a partial basement with two full above-ground floors. Part of ground floor in roofed with flat extensive green roof, first floor is roofed with warm flat roof. The structural system of a building is made of ceramic blocks Porotherm and reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The part of a design documentation is a fire safety assessment, thermal assessment, acoustic assessment and the daylighting assessment.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design and processing of the project documentation of a family house with a café. The designed building is located in the quiet uptown of Trutnov. It is two-storey partially basement building with a flat green roof and a penthouse roof. Foundations of the building are concrete and reinforced concrete. Supporting, peripheral and screen walls are designed from the POROTHERM system. Where the outer housing consists of a ceramic construction and of the ETICS insulation system. Ceiling construction is designed from the POT ceramic-concete beams and from MIAKO ceramic inserts. Part of the facade is created from plaster; another part of the facade consists of a ventilated facade made of wooden prisms and Nordic pine tiles. The dominant feature is a glazed facade connecting both floors. These individual architectural elements divide the building into individual units and fit into the natural landscape. The building creates two parts, namely residential part of the house and café. In the 1st floor there is a café, a guest room with a bathroom, a garage, an entrance hall, two children's rooms with a bathroom and a hall with open space from the basement. In the 2nd floor there is a technical room, bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen with dining room and open space to 1st floor. The floors are connected by a staircase in the open space.
